04/18/2002 | KK7LU This was a great weekend. Band conditions were excellent and hams everywhere were having a great time. I had just learned to build a dipole correctly and wasn't sure if my new one worked, but obviously it did quite well. My goal was just to beat my performance in the SS 3 years ago, and I could not believe how much better I did. I worked 46 states in two days!! No wonder I love ham radio so much. -- KK7LU
