07/16/2007 | KD5DMT KD5DMT was operated by the Benton County Radio Operators of NW Arkansas. We set up 3Alpha in historic Pea Ridge, Arkansas. It rained early in the day, but cleared and turned into a fantastic afternoon and evening. Members of the club worked hard to set up radios, antennas, other such equipment, and prepare food, etc.. and then the fun part of operating radios and eating. We did have some vistors and hope they will come back to see us again next year. We already have a club committe formed and are getting ready for FD 2008.
