07/21/2007 | W4LX We setup in the N.Ft.Myers community park,a new location fo the FMARC,
excellent spot for our antennas, one on the goal post a g5rv on the flag pole as well as our new vertical and the eoc tower trailer.
Beautiful weather warm and humid as it is s fl.
We had trouble with the eoc generator but 2 club members had us up and running in about 20 min. Had a visit from Bill Floyd fron the Lee co EOC and L.Brown communications with Lee Red Cross chapter.
A lot of help from the local hams setting up operating and teardown
We had coverage in the News Press and a live broadcast with Fox TV
as well as several reports on there news and website.
Overall a excellent Field Day 73 till next year From Lee County Fl -- N3NAI
