07/15/2007 | K3WWP I got in the contest mainly to work on the NAQCC 5x5 July challenge -
make 5 QSO's on each of 5 different bands using QRP and simple wire
antennas. I already had 5 bands done, but wanted to add 10 and 160
meters. I wasn't around when 10 was open, but I did complete 160
meters late Saturday evening. I also had fun otherwise working my
fellow NAQCC members and other contesting friends. I also got at
least one new prefix - 3V1. This is a great contest. I just wish I
had more time to participate. -- K3WWP
