09/20/2007 | N5TIF We had a nice 6m opening at the start of the contest I messed the first 30min or so of it of all things working on my 6m beam! I ended up working 37 grids during the opening with a total of 41 by the end of the contest. I did miss the last few hours due to storms that passed by but that is the way it goes. I did noitce that activity seemed to be up and a few more rovers were about then I have seen in the past which made it a lot of fun. Conditions were far to good at times late Saturday and Sunday morning. Will be looking forward to see every one in Jan! -- N5TIF
