Summary:
A great trip all around for the KC2LLT/R crew. New partner (KB1PFK) and new gear to try out this time. Thanks to Dennis (N2LBT) for letting me borrow the gear and to go for the long shots! I did realize that not too many folks point North, which is a shame! Beautiful country with not too much local ham activity. A new platform was designed with out-riggers to support the dish's mast and a homebrew bracket for the TV rotator used to point the log periodic, as well as a place to hold the 6 meter squalo. Thanks to KB1ENW, KB1PFK, and KC2RLP for helping build the platform! More pictures can be found in the gallery at my website (www.carlfacer.com). Thanks to all for sticking with me on the tough QSOs (especially while driving down I-87 at a "decent" speed) and I look forward to hitting everyone up next year in the June 2008 contest!

P.S - POINT NORTH MORE!!!! (It keep us from getting bored!) :-D
