11/06/2007 | W0KT Stations tend to listen harder when they hear NE as the last field in the SS exchange, especially when it's their first one of the contest. W9RE had more than 900 exchanges before we QSOed-- I got a "FINALLY NE" message after the exchange. Thanks to all who struggled to hear my modest signal.
SFL was my 75th section; I thought I wasn't going to work it all! How many million people live in SFL? And I didn't work WTX at all, so 77 sections total with more than 600 QSOs. I ran 100 W to a fan dipole at 30 ft. -- W0KT
