After entering the CW SS QRO every year since 1999 and knowing the band conditions wouldn't be good, I decided to enter QRP and do a casual effort of 12 hours.

15 opened briefly on Sunday early afternoon but otherwise it was a 20/40 contest all the way, with somewhat subdued activity. I think most people sat this one out.

QRP at the bottom of the cycle is evil, don't do it.

I worked 78 sections which really surprised me, but most of the time, especially the first day, I felt invisible. -- N4SL
