Due to terrible conditions, absolutely everyone was jammed onto 20m.
Such a cacophony, Holy Cats!!
When I heard W1AW with a good signal, 55 minutes into the contest, saying "anyone, anywhere" as if it were the last hour or two of the event, I knew it was not to be.
