11/21/2007 | W5UMS This was our club's first entry in SS and it was a blast. We managed 541 QSO's and got the clean sweep. Conditions on 75/80 were amazing and it was great to hear some activity on 15 to the west coast. It seemed that the new band plan on 80 really helped relieve some congestion.

It was also great hearing so many school club stations on the air; Michigan State ARC, Univ. of Chicago, Helston College, Univ. of Michigan, Univ. of Nebrask Lincoln, and Univ. of Arkansas.
