12/02/2007 | KB0HH A great time was had by all!! We had a sweep by early Sunday morning. Most contacts were on 80 and 20 meters. The main operators for the contest were WB0ZWW, Jim, and his son WD0GTY, Jeff. They used to operate the contest a few miles from here but have used the Bunkhouse for the last two years. The accomadations are a little better now Jim says .. .. "especially with the inside toilet"! KB0HH did the cooking, a little operating, and deer hunted out back. The antennas used were j-poles for 40 and 80 mmeters. 10,15, and 20 meters used seperate yagis. 1 KW was used on all bands and there is a seperate operating position for each band.
