12/06/2007 | N0UY I had a lot of fun working this contest. I ran the IC781 with no amp. I have two center feed dipoles one 90 degrees to the other. Since I don't have a high power station I did the search and pounce method. I don't know how much pounce there is in a 100 watt signal but I was able to work 285 contacts including 6 dx stations. Thanks everyone for being patient with me while I worked this contest. All the op's I ran across seemed to be enjoying this event, too.
