I was able to make 16 SKCC K2A Anniversary QSO's from zero land. Also a number of QSO's from other SKN participants.
Many operators with very good fists and some very interesting vintage gear including xtal controlled transmitters, Drake line, and HW-8.
Most interesting QSO with W6AQ, Dave Bell the Emmy Award winning producer.
Great way to add to ones FISTS and SKCC count in addition to having fun.
Did anyone else 'feel' the old school rag chewing going on? It felt like the bands 25-30 years ago with all the chewing and straight keys.
