01/04/2008 | N2OUV Had a blast with SKN this year using some real vintage equipment from the estate of W2KKH which I restored this past fall. Gear is Utah Jr. TX putting out about 12 watts and an early table rack HRO Sr. Antenna used was a Butternut HF2V vertical ground mounted with 65 radials. Operation was mainly on 40 meters with J38 key. Did manage to make a few contacts, my furthest contact was with VE3JTP John.
