01/05/2008 | K1NV No heat in the hamshack, but adding a small space heater helped a lot. I made a total of five quality CW contacts on 80 meters where the action was hot and heavy. KI6ZX, K5RDD, K2A/2, K7TPD, and VE7DWG all helped me ring out the old year. I didn't make it to midnight this year, but still had some good fun using the dash bar of my Lafayette bug.
