01/16/2008 | W7NVQ Another great SKN this year! This year's SKN found me to be a little challenged for antennas but next year will be better! I had a blast fireing up all my vintage rigs, including the Drake 2-NT/2-C combo, two Heathkit HW-16's, and my original novice ARC-5 80M transmitter, for a total of 22 QSO's. I used both my J-37 and J-38 straight keys for some very pleasant ragchews. Thanks to all the stations I worked to start out the year in wonderful fashion!
