01/11/2008 | N8CPA This was a year more of experimentation with RTTY than making contacts for me. My preferred mode is CW, and though I like RTTY, I don't type well enough to use any keyboard modes for ragchewing. So I spent the RU making occasional Q's and adjusting various settings on the Radio, TNC and DSP599zx while there were a sufficient number of signals for comparisons.

Next year, I'll know to use my RF gain more than filter and threshold adjustments to make more than 75 contacts. Great contest! -- N8CPA
