02/18/2008 | WB6IYM Well, can't say this was my best performance yet. The stomach flu bit me hard about 2000 zulu on day one, and I still managed to scrape to gether enough contacts to earn a pin! My low score really reflects the importance of working that 40 meter late nite DX.

I have been commenting that I need to improve my antenna situation for a number of years now, I think this should be the year. Condxs were generally poor, but I did manage to work the Canary Isl. on 80 meters, which was quite exciting with a Butternut HF6V and a rather limited ground.
