06/30/2009 | KP4PRS Puerto Rico Satern is a group within a group. A spur of the recently formed Puerto Rico Amateur Radio Society which is supporting the Salvation Army in the emergency communications field. Their main goal this year was to contact as many Satern stations as possible. -- KP4AC
