Warm and humid wx the first weekend on Lake Erie in EN91kt offered instense ducting to EN92op, allowing me to work VE3SMA and VE3FHM with my 3uW "test" transverter on 10GHZ, comprised of WR90 BPF and LO filters and 1N23G mixer and 23db horn.

Second weekend from Blue Knob, PA FN00rg good tropo to W1AUV (FN32kp,524km), N1JEZ & K1LPS (FN44ig,745km), and W1FKF, N1JFU, & W1EX (FN33kd, 552km) with homwbrew/surplus 200mw 10GHz xvtr and 18 inch dish was quite a thrill---right up there with my first EME contacts.....73  Mike
