NOV SS (CW) 2010:

Awesome contest. I am challenged at CW, no matter how much I practice, I never seem to copy the faster fellows. (35wpm). Great fun anyhow. My FT-817 w/ cw filter, worked very well. 

Murphy didn't pay a visit, but Joe Btfsplk did! At first could not make any QSO's using my trap dipole on 40m. Then switched to my inverted "L", and this made significant improvement.  Then proceeded to S&P for 70 contacts/25 sections, using what I thought was 5 W's. However, at end of contest, I found I was running 2.5 W''s, running into my inverted "L" ant w/matchbox set for 80m's, while I was transmitting on 40 m's. Also found the UTC times were incorrect in my logginhg program due to computer operator error (had to manually correct time error for each contact.)
