Great fun was had on this SKN. I worked a dozen stations on 7 different bands. 12 meters was the biggest surprise which tells me the bands are more open then we think and maybe we should be calling CQ on all bands. Used a Navy Flameproof and a Vibroplex Champion. Both Keys were given to me by Navy Chief Radionmen that told me if I didn't take them they were going into the trash. Also used a 1968 Vibroplex Lightning for the faster stations. I like that we can use straight keys or bugs on SKN as it allows me to set the bugs up for different higher speeds while still working the slower stations on the straight key. Yes, I still have 6 keys plugged in at all times.
