The rain came on Saturday here on Long Island, and the band was up and down. We had  a few good openings to the south and midwest, including some double-hop activity to DM. The best opening was on Sunday from 1120-1530.. We also had a great contest ending with a strong opening to the South from 2230-0150. I was able to log more QSO's in 2011 with fewer Grids. Next year's goal is to get 440mhz up and running.. Until next year...   David
