2011 ARRL June VHF Contest
Due to a family commitment , I was unable to operate from the home QTH . I steup a rover setup and headed to Prospect Mountain in Lake George New York in FN33 . I also was able to make it to FN32,FN22 and FN31 for some QSO's as well. The KB6KQ loops worked well . My weak band was 432 but managed to make contacts there . ran 100 watts on 50MHZ, 100 watts on 144 mhz ,70 watts on 432 mhz,and 5 watts on 222 MHZ. I heard many more stations to the south that just were not hearing me. There was a lot of activity in the New Egland/ Adirondack region and I had a great time.
