Heart of Dixie ARS set up Field Day on the property of a club member. He had lot of room for antennas. John, KI4KUT is the club member and he and his wife even furnished two of their travel trailers to operate from.

One travel trailer was full time CW and the other was supposed to be part time SSB and RTTY, but eneded up being primaily RTTY.

Both stations operated until 9 PM Saturday and picked up again at 6 AM Sunday morning.

Club members present were:   Dick, K4IQJ Deyl, KD4FD John, KI4KUT Sheila, KI4LCB Bob, KA4PKB Gene, KI4EEY Tom, KE4KWE Tom's wife, Reta,  Cheryl, AA4YL   Non members who helped:   John and Sheila's son Wes  Danny, N4AVH (Danny operated some on HF SSB) Mary, WX4MM (Mary took to the keyboard and worked some RTTY)   Club member Tom, KE4KWE and wife Reta, furnished a tower, beam, Honda inverters and all the accessories we needed.   HODARS is blessed to have such fine radio amateurs as members. We could not have done it without John, KI4KUT, his wife Sheila, KI4LCB, Tom KE4KWE and his wife Reta.
