Using the callsign K7A we logged 409 contacts from the wilds of Western Montana including 11 on 6 meters. We had 151 cw contacts, mostly on 40m thanks to Lew K7GO's great cw skills. My PSK31 mode failed to launch so the remaining contacts were ssb. We worked almost all the sections, Where was eastern canada? We didn't even hear a VE3. We advertised the event and had a few visitors. We had heat this year which was very welcomed at night. The weather was perfect and propagation was pretty good. We ran off generators on hf.
