I almost didn't have time to get in there, just moved recently,and was doing the obvious routine. Still unboxing things setting up shack,tower,etc, but did manage to get a few hours in. only had 432,SSB,CW, and 220FM to dole out points with, and a limited antenna farm. As you can see. I am still using this from June, set it up then to contact my son for chats on 2m fm (N1CCF) and to dole out points in contests. Its small but effective to a degree. believe it or not 432 is only abt 6 ft off the ground, i have 2k hill in front and behind me. yet I got out to 300mi on 432 in both contests, June and this one. So anything is possible. had fun in both events, Can't wait until tower goes up and The "Real" antennas come into play sure miss my 6m HB (9el on 36ft boom) hope you all had as much fun as I did, even tho it was short this time round. 73 gud dx!
