A backlog of work around the house kept me from my plan of learning to use N1MM Logger for the contest.  Since my air time was limited, I tried to set up the software and just jump right in.  The rig wouldn't even key at first, but that got fixed, and some poor fellow became my first attemped QSO.  It's certain that I broke his rhythm!  After that embarrassment, I took a little time try to fix things and think about what I was doing.  The set up was fixed -- almost -- but I still managed to put the exchange out of order.  Everybody was asking for fills, so it was clear something was wrong, but I kept going until somebody managed to tell me to fix my exchange (again).  Eventually, I got the hang of it, but this was not a stellar performance, even for me.  Well, Phone SS has to be better.
