It was a great year in the contest. I used the station at the Man Cave this year! 

Groundhogs chewed through the coax and rotor cables, Soldered connectors on with a 25 watt pencil in the rain at 30 degrees.The wire ties holding my coax to the tower had all deteriorated and broke. The coax hung heavy in the tower while a vine had grown around them causing the rotor not to turn to the west! My furnace wouldn't cycle and I almost ran out of firewood. Overcame most of my issues. Extended my cables into the living room and sit in front of the fire while operating.  Made my pot of chili and worked over 500 phone contacts! Had a great time.. Will be back next year with new coax's cables and firewood!!  Was a wonderful pipeline to the nw states! 

Thanks to all those stations that hung in there to work me. I used a FT857D. No voice recorder and no filters. My voice was pretty rough by the end of the contest!
