Kid's Day January 8, 2012 from K4EU in Culpeper, VA.

9-year-old Savannah and her 6-year-old brother, Will, participated in Kid's Day on-the-air activities from K4EU.  After instructing Savannah on how to call CQ and what to say when contact was made, she was a natural with mic in hand....  Little brother, Will, was a bit more shy but did manage to make a couple contacts.  We were very excited to make 19 contacts with stations in Hawaii, British Colombia, Wyoming, Arizona, California, Washington, Nebraska, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas and Arkansas in a two hour period.  Thanks for the grand fun!!!  As Savannah told each of her contacts, 73 and 88.....
