The Falls Lake Amateur Radio club persevered through the failure of two  8000 watt generators which forced us to operate only as a 1A station, instead of 2A as we had planned when we switched to a $90 800 watt Harbor Freight generator. The power situation also torpedoed our computer logging capabilities, so we had to do logging and duping by hand.  As a result we are at this time unsure how many contacts we actually made in the 15 or so hours we were actually able to be on the air.

To bad nobody other ther N4QM,K4AOA,and myself were the only

guys that came out to operate !!! Guess they were all busy on 2 meter FM !
