Quite a special day: my XYL passed her Technician test at FD. Her first contact was on the GOTA station with a ham in Ontario, Quebec. Had a great meal as a family event and later I operated on the phone station overnight. Thanks to my fellow club members at the Bullitt Amateur Radio Society in Pioneer Village (Louisville) who put in a a lot of work to make it all possible.
