Midland Texas ARC FD was held at local park in Midland.  Everyone enjoyed each others company & Brisket served around the clock.  All operating positions were air conditioned this year.  At times had three stations running CW.  The GOTA and coach making SSB contacts with a buddydipole.  Six meters was poor this year with the six meter guys eating static.   Six & Ten meters was not very good to us this FD weekend, perhaps the only downside to this year's FD with the sunspots dropping off to near nil before the FD weekend!

two all band verticals and a G5RV this year for HF antennas.  2xK3 and 1xMkV radios

There was a lot of camaraderie and good operating going on dispite the 100+F temperatures
