Field Day 2012 started out with rain late Saturday morning but it stopped in time to get antennas & Equipment set up. I was using a vertical and not getting out. That turned out to be a bad connector on my RG8X a new roll purchased just for F.D. I had the same trouble last year and both times it was the gray coax.  All went well the rest of the operating time and we turned out a decent score. Six meter contacts this year were extremely low due to no E skip the two contacts made were Tropo.

This was our first year to use a computer logging program that went well except our network would not function properly. I was unable to find the password for my router. In the end we were able to merge all logs into one
