I missed last year, so I wanted to make up for it. After the rain had left, and having built a new rotating mast for the truck I didn't get going till about 6 pm local time. Took 3 bands up on the bluff and in the four hours of calling, turning the ants and working what I could I had found 3 stations.   Conditions seemed poor, but that doesn't account for the lack of local/regional stations that are usually easy pickens. I fear this contest is on it's last legs.  Bright spot, my 4 watts on 903 were enough to make 2 grids for perhaps the first homegrown 903 Q's from my grid, which were also my first ever 903.1 contacts.
