40 meters sounded great during the evening with all of the old rigs and straight keys on the air.  I got on with my WWII Bendix Flame Proof key connected to my little SW-40+ QRP rig.  I only had 2 W into my half wave inverted-L antenna but I still had five good ragchews.

It is always an enjoyable event.
