What a fun evening!  To add to the "specialness", I had just received my vanity call ticket in the mail and was able to participate with my original K7ETM call issued July 1959.  Adding to the fun was cranking out code on my old novice Standard & Blue Racer Vibroplex keys.  As usual, there were some great hams out there helping me along.  Among them, were W1SGC, N5XE & AC5P.  All three of these made special effort to dig my weak signal out of the 80 meter background noise so I could get the QSO.  But isn't this typical of the Ham "community?  So, until next years SKN, may the "key" be with you.  I'll meet you there!
