Like all other years, Straight Key Night 2013 was just plain fun.  This year I made thirteen leisurly QSO's covering much of the continental United States.  In particular, I found the lower half of the old 40 meter Novice band a lot of fun for SKN ragchewing, and a very good band for manual keying at all times.  Many thanks to the hams I was fortunate enough to work.  With the submission of my log, I begin mapping the strategy for SKN 2014 and the operation of the required special equipment!   73  Ric  K5RIX
