Eagle Scout Charles (KD8HQW) joined his brother Robby (Life scout rank) at their 4th JOTA event in Novi, Michigan. Robby made 3 contacts to scouts with the help of Dave (W8RIT). In 2009, they were at Robby's first JOTA when he was a Webelos scout and Charles was Life. The scout's father, Assistant scoutmaster Chuck (WD8JZI), also attended.
