I've only been licensed for two years, and just learned morse code over the last year, so SKN 2014 was my first opportunity to experience this great event.  I had a great time and enjoyed hearing all of the straight key fists on the air.  I was able to work W6AQ, W5FFK, W4CYF, and W8MRL for my SKN QSO's.  I used my Navy Flameproof and found that I really enjoy it. I normally use an iambic paddle, but after having so much fun yesterday, I'll probably reach for the straight key more often!  73 de AA5D Mitch
