The Membership Services Committee conducted the following meetings during 1998:

Highlights of the year.

Three new DXCC "entities" were added to the list: Temotu Province, H4Ø, Austral Islands, FOØ, and Marquesas Islands, FOØ.
W1AW listener survey results in reduced schedule.
Fee increase for outgoing QSL service.
Local club radius increased for ARRL contests
