No, not really. I was hanging out with NARL, my local club down the street and we were experiencing technical difficulties....yeah, let's just leave it at that. So as much as I LOOOOVVEEEE port-o-let's, I decided was as good a time as ever to check out what my friends at W1AW were doing!
Carol, KB1QAW has been working 40m and her daughter Lexi has been making posters, drawings and saying hello to hams all over! Good stuff!!!
So, well what happens when I show up? The goofy videos resume! So, take this as fair warning.....goofy videos starts now! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SdWNaMOOVaI

L-R: Bill Moore NC1L gets help from Lexi running digital QSOs on 15m, as mom Carol KB1QAW hunts on 40 meters SSB here at ARRL HQ.
Hey folks!
We're having fun here at W1AW. Right now, Bill Moore NC1L is running digital modes on 15 meters, Carol KB1QAW is hunting around on 40 meter SSB, Joe NJ1Q is on 20m CW and I'm working 6 meters. 6 meters has been mainly "locals," but I also worked 2 stations down in South Florida. With luck, we'll get more propagation to the west on 6 meters as the day goes on.
I got a great photo of KB1QAW's daughter, Lexi, helping Bill Moore on the digital modes. She's excited and happy to be here and helping.
We'll be here all night, so we sure hope to get you in the log. Hope everybody is having fun and staying safe!
