Hugh Connolly, AG4HC and the South Florida Section have developed PowerPoint instructional aids for the Emergency Communications Level 1 course. John (Jack) Tiley Jr. AD7FO of Spokane County ARES/RACES is currently teaching the Emergency Communications Level 1 course at their monthly ARES/RACES meetings.  Jack has also prepared some presentation materials to cover this content.
