Using the Study Guide and online Practice Exams, you can easily earn your license to be able to communicate in an emergency on Amateur Radio. It also makes a great hobby! Friday - June 28, 2019 Union County Emergency Management – EMS Headquarters / Training Center 535 Laurel Ave. Roselle Park, NJ 07204 A review session starts at 9:00 AM. There will be a break for lunch (on your own) and the testing will begin at approximately 1:00 PM. It is not required, but highly recommended to attend the review session. The examiners will be available during lunch to answer questions. You do need to study before the review session. Upon passing the technician class exam, you will be given the opportunity to take the General Class License Exam at no additional cost.
