The Westchester Emergency Communications Association (WECA) was formed 30 years ago by a group of Westchester County, NY (Southern New York State) amateurs dedicated to public service and emergency communications.
Today our 250+ dedicated members work closely with the County of Westchester, Office of Emergency Management as well as the Red Cross and similar organizations.
Our members receive a monthly newsletter, keeping them up to date regarding our monthly meetings, the scheduled programs, and current amateur related information. It also includes upcoming activities and reports from the President and directors.
