Dr. Siwiak holds more than 30 US patents, has authored many papers, two textbooks, and has contributed chapters to other books, including "RF Exposure and You."

Interests

An Extra Class amateur radio operator (KE4PT), licensed since 1964, is a life member of AMSAT, and member of ARRL where he serves on the RF Safety Committee. He was involved with SAREX (Space Amateur Radio Experiment) team member, including many SAREX and MIREX school contacts and SAREX operations; and participates in World Scouting Jamboree on the Air. His other interests include flying (private pilot) and hiking and camping.
