Once upon a time, many many years ago, ... well maybe not that many years ago since it was in January of 1989, I had this idea of participating in the ARRL RTTY ROUNDUP contest. I had been licensed for about a year and this mode would be all new stuf... Read More

I had a great time in SKN 2003.

    shape.

    Not too good.

After a long term lapse o... Read More

Some of the big gun stations new to RTTY need to tweak their exchanges, like starting and ending every buffer memory with a CR. Garble run into the call or state is a pain and slows down the rest of us when trying to reply. The two characters saved ... Read More

This was our first (serious) attempt in the 10m ARRL contest M/S HP. Our team was formed by Herman PA0TEN, Arend PA2AWU, Peter PA2PKZ, Harry PA3HEP, Frans PA5CA, Jan PA5RA and Gerard PD5GS. We used an 8el Yagi and a vertical for SSB and an 6el Yagi and... Read More
