Dear Mr. Rowe:

By letter dated June 27, 2006, we notified you of complaints of harmful radio interference, possibly caused by equipment operated by your company, filed by (name and address withheld), Chicago Heights, IL.

We have reviewed your letter dated July 10, 2006, in which you state that you have not been able to locate the source of radio interference because the noise as reported by (name withheld) is intermittent. (name withheld) disputes that claim, however, stating that the noise is constant and that the only time that it is not present is during a heavy rain.

We request that you review (name withheld) complaint in light of this information and advice this office within 30 days of receipt of this letter as to what action is being taken.
