Dear Mr. Davis:

On October 27, 2000, the Federal Communications Commission notified you that it had received complaints that equipment operated by your company may be causing harmful radio interference to operators in the Amateur Radio Service. The complainants were:

Cedar Rapids, IA

and:

(name and call sign withheld)
Cedar Rapids, IA 52402-7323

The October 27, 2000 letter detailed the responsibilities of Alliant in regard to correcting problems that may be causing the interference. Information before the Commission indicates that although the interference problems to (name withheld) have been corrected, no corrections have been made to (name withheld) interference problems.

Please advise this office by November 30, 2004, as to what actions have been taken, or planned, to rectify the radio interference problems experienced by (name withheld). A copy of the October 27, 2000 letter is enclosed for your convenience.
