CERTIFIED MAIL-RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED

January 26, 2007

Anthony Bell, MS Asset Manager
Entergy Services, Inc.
520 Highway 51 South
Brookhaven, MS 39601

Dear Mr. Bell:

The Federal Communications Commission notified Entergy by letter dated November 23, 2004 that it had received complaints of harmful radio interference possibly caused by power line hardware. The interference was reported by (name withheld), Natchez, MS 39120. A copy of the November 23, 2004 letter is enclosed for your convenience.

In that letter, Entergy was advised that this problem, if unresolved, could be a violation of FCC rules and could result in a monetary forfeiture. For this reason, we encouraged the parties involved to voluntarily resolve this matter without FCC intervention. The November 24, 2004 letter stated, however, that if it became necessary for the FCC to facilitate a resolution, the FCC might investigate possible rules violations and address appropriate remedies, including monetary forfeiture. Although you replied for Entergy by letter dated January 12, 2005 stating that action had been taken, Mr. Nations reports that there has been no significant decrease in the radio frequency interference.

We request that you review (name withheld)'s problem and advise this office within 30 days of receipt of this letter as to what actions you have taken since your letter of January 12, 2005, or intend to take, in order to identify and eliminate the sources of (name wiothheld) interference. Copies of all correspondence are enclosed for your convenience. If you have any questions about this matter, please contact me at 717-338-2502.

Sincerely,

W. Riley Hollingsworth
Special Counsel
